Rather than your delay being an expensive disaster we would like you to relax in the knowledge that if you stay with us you will enjoy fifty per cent off our room rates. All you have to do is show us a valid air ticket in which your flight has been disrupted and once we have confirmed the situation we will apply the reduced rate.
