Who we are
Casa Leto is a family business run by hand-picked staff chosen for their interpersonal skills and ability. They all speak two or more languages including Russian and English. We can also assist you booking in French, Italian and German. The owners take an active part in the running of the hotel and look forward
to meeting you. We welcome any suggestions on improving our services and
standards.
Ethical practices
Service: Casa Leto aims to provide the highest quality service
in a friendly and flexible manner to all it's guests.
The environment: The refurbishment of the hotel used recycled timber
where possible including the floor structures and window sills. Although
difficult in Russia we are in the process of introducing environmental
practices including recycling and reducing waste to a minimum. We aim
to keep consumption of bottled water to a minimum by using a reverse osmosis
filter for drinking water. We use local suppliers where possible. We are
looking to introduce ecological cleaning products in the near future.
Staff: Casa Leto prides itself in rewarding its staff above the
industry standard in Russia.
